Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 10 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until tender, 8 to 12 minutes longer. Refrigerate until giblets are cool enough to handle.
2. Remove giblets and neck from broth. Refrigerate neck for later use; coarsely chop giblets.
