 Cranberries1 Quart
 Boiling water3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Pound
 2 tablespoons gelatin, softened in
 Cold water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup chopped pecan meats
 Pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1 cup skinned, and seeded white grapes

Directions

Cook cranberries in boiling water until berries burst.
Add sugar.
Soften gelatin in cold water, add to hot mixture.
Let stand until cold.
Add 1 cup pecans, the pineapple, and grapes.
Turn into molds, chill, and invert on crisp lettuce, romaine, or chickory.
