Cooked Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound cranberries, picked over and washed | ||
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange rind | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), slivered | |
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients except the almonds in a saucepan and cook until the cranberries pop open, about ten minutes.
