Cook Blend Mustard Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry mustard | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mustard seed | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup Tarragon Vinegar | ||
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Cook Blend | ||
Directions
Combine dry mustard, mustard seed and 1/2 cup very hot water in a small mixing bowl.
Cover; let steep 2 hours.
Pour into blender container; gradually add vinegar and process until desired texture (grainy or smooth).
Stir in Cook Blend.
Store in sealed glass jar in refrigerator.
Use after one week.
