Continental Cheese Ring With Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| 1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives | ||
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Crisp salad greens | ||
| Seedless green grapes | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Pound, sliced | |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
Place over hot water to dissolve.
Beat cream, adding gelatin as cream begins to thicken (cream will not become stiff).
Stir in cheeses, olives, walnuts, salt and paprika.
Pour into 4-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on greens; fill center with grapes.
Arrange ham slices around ring; garnish with grapes.
