Ingredients

 5 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
 2 cups drained cooked cut green beans
 Beets1 8 Ounce, drained
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Radishes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Horseradish1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Chill vegetables thoroughly (cut larger beets in half).
Combine, and season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, toss with 1 cup Horseradish Dressing.
Serves 8.
Horseradish Dressing: Blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1/4 cup dairy sour cream, and 3 tablespoons horseradish.
Add 1 cup clear French dressing, stirring till smooth.
Chill.
