Consomme Double With Dry Sack Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 cups clear consomme | ||
| 1/4 cup Dry Sack sherry | ||
| Lemon Slices | 4 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
Boil the Clear Consomme over medium heat until it is reduced to 4 cups.
Just before serving, heat almost to the boiling point.
Add the lemon juice and sherry.
Garnish each serving with a slice of lemon and a little parsley.
