Consomme with Hot Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups unsalted, defatted beef broth | ||
| 1/2 yellow chili pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
| 1/2 green sweet pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Portion into hot bouillon cups and garnish with chives if desired.
