Ingredients

 3 cups unsalted defatted beef broth
 Pinch whole celery seeds
 Pepper white1 Dash
 Inner leaves of 3 celery stalks, chopped

Directions

Add the celery seeds and pepper to the broth and heat.
Just before serving, add the chopped celery leaves.
Serve very hot in bouillon cups.
