Consomme Princesse Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups Chicken or Beef Consomme
1/2 cup shelled green peas or asparagus tips
1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Minced fresh chervil
Directions
Bring consomme to boil; adjust seasonings to taste.
Add peas and cook until just tender-crisp.
Add chicken and heat through.
Sprinkle with cheese and chervil
