Congealed Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime gelatin package | 1 , flavored | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Avocado | 1 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , chopped | |
| Pimiento | 1 , chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until syrupy.
Combine cream cheese with other ingredients and add to gelatin mixture.
Spoon into 8 individual molds, and chill until set.
