Ingredients
White vinegar - 1/2 c.
Sugar - 3/4 c.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Unflavored gelatin -2 env.
Chopped pecans - 1/2 c.
Pimentos - 2, diced
Chopped celery - 1 c.
Grated onion - 1 tbsp.
Asparagus - 1 med. can, cut in 1-in. pieces
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together 1 cup water, vinegar, sugar and salt.
2) Allow to simmer, till the sugar dissolves.
3) In 11/2 cup cold water, add the gelatin.
4) Add into the vinegar mixture.
5) Stir till the gelatin dissolves.
6) Cool till partially congealed.
7) Add in the pecans, pimentos, celery, onion and drained asparagus and mix well.
8) Pour into 8 individual molds.
9) Chill till set.

10) Serve chilled.
