| Wheat english muffins | 8 , split |
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients; cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
Spread cut side of each muffin half with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
Place muffins on cookie sheet, and bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges, and serve warm.
