Confetti Rice Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen peas | 1 10 Ounce, cooked, drained | |
| Pimiento | 3 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted |
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Press into 5 1/2-cup ring mold.
Unmold at once onto hot serving plate.
Or, cover with foil and set in pan of hot water, in very slow (250°) oven, till ready to serve.
Place bowl in center; fill with creamed chicken or seafood.
