Confetti Rice Ring Recipe

Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Snipped parsley | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimiento, drained | ||
Directions
1. Prepare rice. While hot, stir in butter, parsley and pimiento.
2. Pack rice mixture into a buttered 5 1/2- to 6-cup microwave-oven-safe ring mold. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat thoroughly in microwave oven (5 to 6 minutes at Medium-High).
3. Remove from oven and remove plastic wrap; let stand 3 minutes. Unmold on a warm serving plate. Fill ring as desired.
