Confetti Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Raw rice | 125 Milliliter, rubbed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 30 Milliliter | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Frozen peas | 250 Milliliter | |
| Pimiento | 30 Milliliter, diced |
Directions
In saucepan, brown rice with sage in butter.
Add broth; bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 15 minutes; add peas.
Simmer 10 minutes more or until done.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in pimiento.
