Confetti Jello Salad Recipe
Personally, I think that this Confetti Jello Salad is the best in the world. That is why I am excited about sharing this with you. A lip-smacking Side Dish, this Confetti Jello Salad completes your spread. I am sure both of us will be in agreement that this Confetti Jello Salad is truly scrumptious.
Ingredients
1 (3-oz.) pkg. Jello of four flavors (orange, lime, cherry and lemon)
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Directions
Dissolve orange, lime and cherry Jello separately, each in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Place in individual 8 x 8-inch pans and allow to set in refrigerator.
When firm, take knife and cut into small, not uniform, pieces and put all Jello together in a large bowl.
Dissolve the lemon Jello in boiling pineapple juice, add sugar, mix and refrigerate until consistency of egg whites.
Beat cream and fold into lemon Jello mix and then fold into confetti Jello pieces.
It is beautiful when put in a mold to set and serve.
