Confetti Fish Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Sole or flounder fillets-1 1/2 pounds | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Tomato | 1 Small, diced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| American Cheese slice | 2 , diced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika- as needed | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
MAKING
2) Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
3) In a bowl, mix together tomato, green pepper, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce and apply on each fillet.
4) Take a shallow baking dish and place the rolled fillets seam-side down in it. Sprinkle paprika as per taste.
5) Now, bake fillets for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
SERVING
6) Serve Confetti Fish Rolls with some salad.
