Ingredients

 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tablespoons acceptable vegetable oil
 Cider vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
 3/4 pound green cabbage, core removed, shredded
 Red cabbage1/2 pound, shredded
 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
 Red bell pepper1 Cup (16 tbs), minced

Directions

Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Add cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
