Confetti Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tablespoons acceptable vegetable oil | ||
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| 3/4 pound green cabbage, core removed, shredded | ||
| Red cabbage | 1/2 pound, shredded | |
| 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion | ||
| Red bell pepper | 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
Directions
Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Add cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
