Conch Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart conch meat | ||
| Carrot | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Onions | 2 Large | |
| Bacon | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Potato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt, pepper, and powdered thyme | ||

Directions
Force conch, carrot, green pepper, and onions through food chopper, using medium blade.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Add conch mixture, tomatoes, tomato paste, potato, and water.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer 2 hours.
Add sherry and more seasoning if necessary.
