Ingredients

 Heavy whipping cream1 Quart
 Parmigiano cheese3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded

 Box of whole grain linguine1 Medium
 Portobello mushrooms11 Ounce
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm)
 Salt  Pinch
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon

Directions

Cook whole wheat pasta according to directions on the package then drain and add a tbs. of olive oil. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Cut broccoli into small piece by separating the florets. Dice the mushrooms and the garlic. Add ¾ of a stick of butter to a large frying pan over medium heat. Add ¾ of a quart of heavy whipping cream stirring till hot adjusting the heat so that it does not boil. Stir constantly. Slowly add Parmigianino Cheese allowing it to melt stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate frying pan heat 2tbs. of olive oil. Add garlic and sauté till slightly brown. Add broccoli and cook until bright green and tender (approximately 15 minutes).

In a separate frying pan heat tbs. of olive oil then add garlic. Sauté until slightly brown. Add mushroom and cook until they have reduced by about half (approx. 6 or 7 minutes).

Place a serving of your whole wheat pasta on a plate. Add a generous amount of the Alfredo Sauce then top with broccoli and mushrooms.
