Tomato Garlic Salad Recipe Video
This is a staple food around here all year round - the composed salad. It always looks different depending on what we have around. Some use less lettuce and more of whatever other vegetable we have around. Each usually contains some sort of protein food. Ingredients
fresh tomatoes
fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
fresh crushed garlic
salt
lettuce
granulated sea salt
cooked eggs
black olives
Directions
Cut the fresh tomatoes.
Put them in a bowl.
Add little bit of fresh basil.
Add extra virgin olive oil.
Add some fresh crushed garlic.
Sprinkle with salt.
Toss them well.
Place lettuce on a plate (tossed with oil and garlic).
Sprinkle with granulated sea salt.
Put an egg salad on top of the greens.
Add tomatoes over the top and sideways.
Garnish with a few black olives.
Put them in a bowl.
