| Blue crab meat | 1 Pound, pasteurized | |
| Canned artichoke hearts | 15 Ounce (Drained) | |
| Canned sliced mushrooms | 4 Ounce (Drained) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Half and half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cereal crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | To Taste |

Directions
Cut artichoke hearts in half; place in well-greased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with mushrooms and crab meat.
Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add cream gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir in sherry.
Pour sauce over crab meat.
Combine crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 450°F oven 12 to 15 minutes, until bubbly
