Company Brunch Casserole Recipe

| Cream of chicken soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 soup can milk | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Swiss Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1 loaf French bread, small diameter, sliced thin and buttered | ||
Directions
Combine soup, milk, onion, mustard, and cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Put about one inch of sauce in bottom of baking dish. Carefully break eggs, so that yolk remains intact, onto sauce. Spoon remaining sauce around and over eggs. Place bread slices around edge of casserole, overlapping slightly. Bake about 20 minutes, or until eggs are done to your liking (touch them lightly with a finger; they should wiggle a little). Serve with ham, bacon, or sausage, if desired.
