Ingredients

 2 7-ounce cans chunk tuna, drained
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Large, sliced
 Whole kernel corn1 12 Ounce, undrained
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 2 10 1/2-ounce cans cream of celery soup
 2 cups milk or more
 Potatoes4 Large, peeled
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Dill1 Teaspoon
 Basil1/4 Teaspoon
 Fennel1/4 Teaspoon
 Parsley (garnish)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Break tuna into pieces.
In a deep heavy pot heat butter and saute onion until transparent.
Add tuna, corn, tomato paste, soup, 2 cups milk, potatoes, mustard, herbs, salt and pepper .
Bring to a simmer, stirring several times.
Cover and cook until potatoes are tender about 30 minutes.
Thin with milk if necessary.
Garnish with parsley
