Company Chicken Cook Out Recipe
Ingredients
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Garlic - 2 large cloves, minced | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
| Broilers | 4 (Salad oil - 1/4 cup) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepot and combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2) In the meanwhile, brush the split broilers with salad oil and place on a grill, keeping the skin-side up (about 6 inches above the single layer of glowing coals). Cook for 15 minutes on each side.
3) Brush with the prepared sauce and cook for another 30 minutes or more until chicken is tender, turning and brushing with sauce every 5 minutes.
SERVING
4) Serve hot at lunch or dinner and enjoy!
