Ingredients

 Butter2 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Flour1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 Sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup low-cal mayonnaise
 14 oz. La Choy fancy mixed vegetables, rinsed and drained
 Tuna7 Ounce, drained, flaked
 2 tomatoes, peeled and 2 cut into wedges
 1/2 cup La Choy chow mein noodles, crushed

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan; add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk; cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.
Blend together egg, sour cream and mayonnaise; stir into sauce.
Add vegetables and tuna.
Turn into buttered 1 qt. (1 L.) casserole.
Arrange tomato wedges on top.
Sprinkle crushed noodles over tuna mixture.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
