5 cups grated carrots (about 2 pounds)
 
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
 
2/3 cup dark raisins
 
DRESSING
 
1/3 cup nonfat or reduced-fat mayonnaise
 
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Directions
