Company Beef Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients
6 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 cup cooking sherry
Directions
In large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saute mushrooms and garlic for 4 minutes.
Add sherry and cook until liquid is reduced.
Stir frequently, set aside and keep warm.
Broil tenderloin steaks for 5 minutes on each side.
Arrange on platter and pour heated sherried mushroom sauce over steaks.
