Ingredients

 
2 quarts tender young comfrey leaves, washed well and coarsely shredded
 
1/3 cup boiling salted water
 
Salt to taste
 
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Put the greens and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, cover, and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain very well. Add the salt and butter and toss well.

I was born sorrounded by comfrey on the farm without knowing it was there for me to take it. Only recently I learned about this marvelous plant that can save people from external body pain. My sister is using it as pain reliever as nothing else had helped like comfrey. This blessed plant took away the pain in her legs after nothing else had helped for quite sometime.
