Ingredients
1. Beans & Carrot - 1/2 kg (Cut in to small pieces),
2. Onion - 2 (Finely chopped),
3. Red dry chilly - 2 ,
4. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp,
5. Grated coconut - 5 tsp,
6. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp,
7. Urad dal - 2 tsp,
8. Curry leaves - 1 stig,
9. Oil - for frying,
10. Salt - as per taste.
Directions
1. Heat oil in kadai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal let them splatter.
2. Add the dry chilly, onion and curry leaves. Saute for 2mins.
3. Add the chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and water to cover the vegetables. Bring it to boil and cover cook for 5 mins.
4. Uncover the lid and saute till the water evaporates.
5. Now add the grated coconut and saute for 2mins.
Beans carrot saute is ready to serve!
