 Whole wheat flour2 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Quick oats1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup dark molasses
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Vanilla extract2 Teaspoon
 Walnut halves1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raisins1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, dry milk, and baking soda; stir to blend well.
In medium-size bowl, combine oil, molasses, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients, and stir to blend.
Mix in walnuts and raisins.
Pour quarter-cupfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheet. (There will be room for 5 or 6.) Flatten slightly with your hand, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
Check undersides so that they do not overbrown.
Repeat the same procedure until batter is finished.
Cool on wire racks.
