Colorful Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped | ||
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/3 cups cracker crumbs, divided | ||
| 2 tablespoons melted butter or marg | ||
Directions
Combine eggs, pimiento, celery, mayonnaise, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and milk in mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup cracker crumbs.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine remaining crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over egg mixture.
Bake at 400° for 25 minu
