Confetti Coleslaw Recipe Video

| Coleslaw mix | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 4 Tablespoon, chopped and divided | |
| Red pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced | |
| Frozen corn | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked and drained | |
| Mandarin oranges | 11 Ounce, drained and divided (canned) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raspberry vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice/Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, 3 tablespoons green onions, red and green pepper, corn and oranges, reserving 6 orange segments for garnish.
2. In a small, bowl, place together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and juice and blend well.
3. Stream the mayonnaise dressing over salad and toss to coat well.
SERVING
4. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl and garnish with remaining green onions and reserved orange segments.
