Colorado Delight Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 3-oz. package cream cheese
1 pkt lime gelatin
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. drained fruit cocktail
15 marshmallows, diced
1 c. whipped cream
Directions
Combine cheese and gelatin; add 1 cup boiling water gradually.
Stir until smooth and blended; chill until partially set.
Add pecans, fruit cocktail and marsh- mallows.
Fold in cream; chill until firm.
