Colonial American Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Cake Flour
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp. Cloves
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg, Beaten
3 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
3/4 Cup Milk
Directions
Sift together first eight ingredients.
Whisk egg with oil, pumpkin and milk.
Quickly blend wet and dry ingredients.
Drop batter into greased muffin pans and bake until done.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes
