Ingredients

 500 g prawns, shelled, cleaned and deveined
 2 onions, chopped, fried and well drained
 3 green chillies, seeded and chopped 6 cloves garlic, chopped
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Cumin powder1 Teaspoon
 1 tbsp dhan sakh masala powder
 Egg1 , beaten
 Lime juice to taste
 Salt To Taste
 Sesame seed oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Blanche and coarsely chop prawns.
Mix with remaining ingredients, taking care to add just enough egg to bind kababs.
Shape into kababs and shallow fry.
Serve with slices of lime.
