 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 medium-size cucumbers
 Salt1 Teaspoon

GETTING READY
1. Grate the cucumbers after peeling them.
MAKING
2. Beat the sour cream and ale together with a hand beater.
3. Keep it refrigerated.
