| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |

| Milk (if necessary) to mix (2 tbsp.) | ||
| Sultanas | 45 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peel | 15 Gram, candied (For 4) | |
| Golden syrup | 2 Tablespoon (For 4) | |
| Mixed spice a pinch | ||
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add beaten egg, golden syrup and milk if necessary, to make a soft paste.
3. Put into a greased mould and steam for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
