Directions
1. In a shallow pan, heat some olive oil , pop the onions and saute them gently for 3 minutes.
2. Add the apple, season with salt and give it a good mix.
3. Put the collard green inside, give it a good toss, pour apple cider vinegar inside the pan.
SERVING
4. Plate the cooked collard green, garnish with some lemon zest and lemon juice before serving as an appetizer.
