Coleslaw Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. lemon or lime gelatin | ||
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green peppers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Blend well; pour into freezing tray.
Freeze for 15 to 20 minutes; place in bowl.
Whip with beater until fluffy; fold in vegetables and celery seed.Pour into 1 quart mold; chill until firm.
