 Mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sour cream1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Commercial)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 White vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Celery seed1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Shredded cabbage6 Cup (96 tbs), shredded finely
 Green pepper ring8
 Pimentos2 , finely diced

Directions

Combine Mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
Chill well.
Put shredded cabbage into large serving bowl, pour mayonnaise mixture over and toss lightly.
Garnish with green-pepper rings; sprinkle with diced pimento.
