Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Commercial) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded cabbage | 6 Cup (96 tbs), shredded finely | |
| Green pepper ring | 8 | |
| Pimentos | 2 , finely diced |
Directions
Combine Mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
Chill well.
Put shredded cabbage into large serving bowl, pour mayonnaise mixture over and toss lightly.
Garnish with green-pepper rings; sprinkle with diced pimento.
