Coleslaw Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup sliced green onion | ||
| 1/4, cup snipped parsley | ||
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chilled | ||
Directions
Combine cabbage, onion, and parsley.
Stir together vinegar, sugar, salad oil, and salt till sugar is dissolved.
Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to coat vegetables.
Cover and chill.
Separate yolk from white of one hard-cooked egg.
Cut up white; toss with cabbage.
Slice remaining egg; arrange atop salad.
Sieve yolk over the egg si ices.
