Ingredients

 Cabbage6 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Frozen corn3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
 Carrots2 , grated
 Celery stalks2 , sliced
 1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth, either homemade or canned
 2 tablespoons corn oil or safflower oil
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Scallions2 , sliced

Directions

In a large bowl combine cabbage, corn, carrots and celery.
In a small bowl combine broth, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and celery seed; mix well.
Stir in scallions.
Add to cabbage mixture; toss gently to mix.
Chill for several hours to allow flavors to develop.
