For the coleslaw
 Cabbage1 Large, shredded
 Carrots3 Medium, shredded
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Green onions3 Medium, chopped
 Green pepper1 Medium, diced
For the marinade
 White vinegar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Oil1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, add and combine together the cabbage, carrots, garlic, green onions and green pepper.
2. For the marinade: In a pot on medium high, add white vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and bring it to a boil or until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Once done, pour this marinade over the coleslaw and mix until well combined.

SERVING
4. Refrigerate the coleslaw until used.
