Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded carrot | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup thinly sliced bermuda onion | ||
| Plain low-fat yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Combine cabbage, carrot, and onion, Stir together yogurt, oil, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
Toss yogurt mixture with cabbage mixture to coat.
