| Cabbage | 1 Large, shredded | |
| Carrots | 1 1⁄2 Large, shredded | |
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage, carrots. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, add and combine the mayonnaise, mustard paste, onion powder, pepper, celery salt, red wine vinegar and sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Add this mixture into the cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
SERVING
4. Serve this coleslaw with fried or barbecued meats.
TIPS
If you don't want your coleslaw too sweet then add only 1/3 cup of sugar.
