Cole Slaw Dressing Recipe

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup yoghurt

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup tarragon vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon celery seeds

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot water until mixture is the texture of smooth custard.
