Ingredients

 8 oz white cabbage, cored and finely shredded
 Celery3 Ounce, finely chopped
 Onion3 Ounce, peeled, finely chopped
 3 oz walnuts, roughly chopped
 Seedless raisins3 Ounce, cleaned
 Grated rind and juice of 1 small lemon
 1/4 pint thick mayonnaise
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Paprika for garnish

Directions

Put the cabbage, celery, onion, walnuts and raisins in a bowl. Combine the lemon rind and juice with the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar and mustard. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Fold the mayonnaise dressing through the vegetables. Serve on individual dishes, garnished with a dusting of paprika. Accompany with crackers and pretzels.
