Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 1/2 pounds cabbage, grated coarsely or chopped fine | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut in small pieces | ||
| 2 carrots, grated coarsely | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup vinegar diluted with about 1/4 cup water | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate.
